I’m self-employed and work with hapū and iwi to develop environmental plans.

My quals

Bachelor of Science with a Major in Earth Science, Diploma in Environmental Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of Waikato.

I always dreamt I’d be a scientist.

Balance! It’s not all about academics. Enjoy your social time, work hard, make money and get the most out of your experience.

I really admire …

Hapū and iwi who do so much without resources or technical knowledge, who just get on with it. I marvel at them.

I’ve also been training for two years for my expedition to the South Pole. So I’m really inspired by the other members of my expedition team and what they each do in their own lives.
