What I do
My degree helped my family to set up our own paua and crayfish farm. Currently, I’m a Rūnanga Executive at Ngāti Porou ki Hauraki.
My quals
Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) majoring in Aquaculture from the University of Tasmania.
Study tips
Never be late with an assignment and don’t ever ask for an extension. Question everything – come exam time, you’ll wish you did!
Dream mahi
Working for the Lotteries Commission and taking the millionaires out to dinner after they have just won the first division. Either that, or actually winning the first division myself.
